I have a 2003 s600 v12 that has oil coming out the tailpipes and smokes alot. Does anyone have an idea what this my be from or what is wrong with my car. Thanks for your time.

You can easily pull each plug on the V12 and inspect it. That'll tell you which cylinder(s) is/are the culprits. If oil seems to be seeping/oozing from the dipstick tube, you may be pressurizing the crankcase, but that would be highly unlikely.
Good luck,
Jeff

hmmm, in a case like this I would much more suspect a blown turbo seal... that's going to be the most likely cause of your issue. a motor would have to be seriously hurt to be able to expel enough oil for you to actually see it dripping out of the tailpipes, it's much more likely a turbo problem than anything else

just to add, if this was my car, I'm sure enough that it's the turbo(s) from your symptoms that personally I'd start shopping for & even buying a pair of turbos before even taking everything apart, that's how sure I would be in the likely hood of it being the turbo(s) I think... there really isn't much else that could cause what your describing tbh
