Tried installing a recall balancer on a s500 engine, but found out it was sticking out too long. Put the harmonic back on the old motor and fitted perfectly with hardly any gap compared to the newer motor with double the gap. Is it due to a bad crank? or the chain inside isn't installed correctly? I'll try to post some pictures up with the difference in gap when I get the chance.
