Tail Light Question

I noticed today that my passenger-side rear tail light lens is cracked. So, I am wondering whether anyone has any advice on whether I should buy one OEM tail light assembly for $214 to replace just the one cracked lens and which includes a gasket and other ancillary parts or two aftermarket lenses for $98 without any additional parts to replace both lenses. See links below. I suppose the question is whether I will need any of the ancillary parts that come with the OEM assembly or whether I can just reuse the existing additional parts with the aftermarket lenses. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't see any OEM lenses on ebay for $50. Have a link?
