Battery died help!!!

2000 S430, 1999 E 320, 2 K5 blazers,
Battery died help!!!
I have searched the forum and have not been able to get some help on these two resets. Also i dont have a Manual to refer too.
battery died and i still have two issues when replaced battery:
1. My soft close for all my doors and trunk stopped working after i installed the battery
2. My Remote control no longer unlocks and locks the doors nor does the trunk button work. I from my understanding i put the key in and then move it to two clicks? is there anything else i am to do?
