I have no idea what something like that is worth. But, considering mileage, condition, rarity, and hardware, $55K or thereabouts doesn't offend me. Wouldn't a 220 S65 with similar mileage and in similar condition fetch high 40s? I think the premium for this Brabus might be worth it. Regardless, I love it. I shudder to think, though, what replacing the rotors and pads at all 4 corners would cost.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Same goes for the perception of value. ChapelHillMBFan, if you really like the ride and would be willing to cough up the green backs, then the motorcar makes sense for you. It is a stunning car and one that has a bit of uniqueness. But not everyone will share your perception. Food for thought.

bigger joke is the "what you get for your Brabus Dollah" - eeek! What a rip! $18k for the brakes alone??? Eeeegads... zoiks!
odd how the price sheet doesn't jive w/ the prices on the letter from Mr. Brabus (ROFLMAO regarding their "projected sale price" - ha!)
I dig it, but sheeat if I had 55clams burning a hole in my pocket there's about 37 cars I'd buy prior 8-)
