what do you guys think it is?
When I am driving in the city I hear from the front a humming noise at first I thought it might be my tires that I bought but it got worse last couple days. also when i back into a parking spot and turn my wheels to the right sometimes it makes a strange noise from the front as well?

Sounds like maybe a PS/ABC pump. Try starting engine and while stopped turn wheel back and forth from right to left. If it gets worse/louder when moving the steering it is the pump. Check the fluid level first to see if it is full. If it is, then the pump may be just going bad. If the fluid level is low then you may have a leak somewhere.
