Welcome!!!
lol alot of us will say -
1)replace those knockoffs and stay true to the OEM. join our purist gang.
2)return and try another set - file a paypal claim if needed.
3)why not solder your own resistor? its easy as building a computer.
4)ignition off, then on should fix it.. if not, fuqqit relax and smoke a bowl.
5)welcome to the forum! make sure u read encyclopedia!! your topic may be covered!!

tbh though... make sure everything is seated and plugged in correctly - and remember they say, "if error/no lights.. swap connection"
so just swap ground connection - correct orientation would be
driver side mirror - positive up / ground down
passenger side - ground up / positive down
hope that helps!
