Adjusting Headlights for Europe
Hi,
I recently acquired a year 2000 S600L and will be taking over to Europe this week. According to the handbook I can use stickers to make the headlights safe for use but I thought this wasn't a good idea with Xenon headlights as they get hotter than normal lights. I don't want to end up with a sticky mess burned onto my lights!!
Please can someone confirm if there is a way to adjust the beam pattern? I've seen some cars have a small lever or control to perform this adjustment. Looking at the lights I can't see anything obvious, if it's there where is it!
Thanks,
HEB

Since you have a 2000 model, I don't think there is a way to change it to LHD. I know some of the later Euro model MBs with projector type headlights, there is a way you can change the beam pattern from RHD to LHD and vice versa.
