S320 doesn't start, no spark at plugs (solved)

Hi, I have a 99' S320 thats been sitting in the driveway for a long time because I got screwed on a trade in deal and I'm now fighting the previous owner to fork over some cash for all the expensive repairs. Anyhow, one of the issues is the battery will flatline after a while and I have used jumper cables to get the car started,(and raised too).

But one month ago I did that, and the car started fine, then after a couple of minutes I disconnected the cables and the merc died.
So I tried to start it again, but it just kept cranking, I thought since the engine was still cold that it might be flooded, since this is a common issue on some older nissan's I've had in the past.
I left it and yesterday I thought I was gonna start it again, connected the jumper cables but the car just cranked, I removed a spark plug and tried to crank it but NO SPARK at the plug.
So where should I look now? I've searched a little and found that there is something called a OVP-relay on merc's?
Do I have this, where is it, how do I check it and could it be the cause of the plugs not firing?
I checked all the fuses in the engine bay compartment and they looked okay, will try again with a circuit tester. Is there any other fuses some other place?
I've never had a Mercedes before so this is unfamiliar territory for me, hoping you guys can help me on this.

Im not sure if the crank position sensor will cause a no spark situation but it is a very common failure item

you can find them for $20 on ebay here is a video how to repplace it

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Does anyone else know if the cps will cause a no-spark situation?

Spoke to a mercedes mechanic on the phone today and he said that the ignition module and fuel pump where connected, so if the fuel pump died->no spark. Sounds weird but again my competence on mercedes' are limited...
Where exactly is the fuel pump located so I can hear if it's running?

A spare CPS should be kept in the glove box of every MB because its such a common failure item
