Passenger seat belt not tensioning.

Hi, I have this thing on my S320, where the passenger seat belt goes slack when you latch it with the ignition on, or engine running.
Unlatched it will roll itself up just fine but as soon as you buckle it up it goes slack. With the ignition off the belt will roll itself up fine wether buckled or not.
Also the srs light comes on when I leave the passenger seat, then goes off once I sit back down. I assume all of this is connected somehow, does it have anything to do with the passenger occupancy sensor i've been reading about on this forum?
Or is it as simple as just replacing the seatbelt assembly with pretensioner?

no one knows?

Will the seat sensor show up on a diagnostic test? or the seatbelt tensioner for that matter...

Happened on mine, I have to replace the whole seatbelt assembly. Lucky that I found it at junk yard for decent price (<$100). I think dealer want close to $800-900 for it

Notice that the 03-06 use different one compared to 00-02
