I got the "Distronic Inoperative - Visit Workshop"

I star Scanned it and this is what I got:



I checked all the wires, they are on good. I cleaned the connectors and also the radar. I think I need to replace the module.

QUESTION:
Can I buy a used module and re-code it to work with my car?
My S is a MY03, Can I get one from a MY01?

You can use any compatible module up to 2005 when most of them did away with the floor module and the DTR unit was one piece instead of two pieces.

Check the floor module and clean the grille.
