woohoo! my family just got an S500. it's rotors are all done though (parked for too long). will the OEM S55 rotors fit? i believe the rears are the same, but the fronts are different... will it work or will i also need different calipers?

why would u want new brakes when the s500's are already awesome?

well, it needs new rotors anyway (the whole car, including the pedal, is shaking at the slightest application of the brakes) so since it needs new parts anyway, might as well get something better if they don't cost too much, right?

clayman just get them machined at your local shop - cheaper than new rotors. and might also need new pads.

you can't machine cross drilled rotors..

What about slotted rotors? Can they be machined?

nope. you'd need new ones.
