Yep. Standalone heater only offered in colder climates, never offered in North America. Basically warms your engine fluids and heats the interior driven off its own small gas motor in the engine bay. You get another MB remote to control it from something like 1500 feet away.

Just youtube Webasco Heater. Maybe throw Mercedes into the search query as well. You'll see the exhaust smoke coming out from the bottom of the front bumper (looks like the car is broken down!) but it's just the auxiliary motor heating everything up.
