Okay guys, here are the answers a lot of you have been wondering!

2003 NON-Xenon Projector Headlights will directly PLUG AND PLAY to XENON or NON-Xenon S-Class from 00-02

2003 Bi-Xenon Projector Headlights will WORK with NON-Xenon or Xenon equiped S-Class 00-02. You heard me right, Bi-Xenon headlights WILL WORK on your NON-XENON S-Class. The only thing that will not work, is the self-leveling function since Non-Xenon cars are not equiped with this harness. Also, there will be some soldering required, but it will work if you have the guts to do it.

Now, installation of the tailights are a breeze, as you know. Not with the case of the headlights. Many screws and bolts have to be removed in order to drop the bumper so there's enough space to pull the old lights out. You're looking at around 1-2 hour installation job.

I have a source for these lights and they sell them at a great price. Lower than a few have quoted me here on this forum. This guy is great, he even drove up from Miami to Tallahasse to install my lights for me! Now that's SERVICE! PM me for info.

the rims look like the ony my uncle hason his R129 except they have a little bigger lip and are 18s.

is there a different grill for03? what's the diff ?

yes there is a difference for 03 of the grill...the grill is slightly bigger and 02 and below will not fit it...you cant put an 03 grill on 02 because the front of the 03 is slightly lifted with the hood with a bigger slot for new grill...compare:
