Rumbling Noise
My S550 2007 has started making a rumbling noise. The noise sounds as if something is being raised up under the hood. It happens after a long drive of after it has started up. Any suggestions!!!!

A little more specifics might help. Does the noise depend on car speed? Engine rpm? In park rev up the engine, is it the same? Is it occur entirely random? Is it stronger when you open the hood? Is the noise coming with vibration on the steering wheel, pedals, seats?

Well to be more specific, it sounds as if it is coming from under the hood. It only occurs after a long drive but it has become a little more frequent when I turn or slow down or when the car is starting up.
