And //M being better than AMG? That's hardly a statement worth defending. I don't know know if you've noticed but the C32 can hold up to it's M Brother the M3... with four doors and an auto. Oh yeah, it's not turbo either...
Dinan and Brabus? Who gives a rats bottom.. Kleemann is where it's all at
BMW throwing turbos into their car would go agianst what all my BMW friends say is BMW's uniqueness. BMW is known to make decently fast cars all the while being N/A. Turbo/supercharging a BMW just wouldn't be BMW consumer like.
And for Benz being for old people? I really think you need to wake up. Quit bringing age into this, that has nothing to do with anything. I can easily say that the 7-Series is meant for old people.

ok fine i gotta do my research on kleeman but brabus is garbage!! and for apricotscrub dont even talk about fast SUV's cuz the X5 4.6 is faster than the ML55 amg stock. The ML is garbage!! The only nice truck is the G wagon. I rather take a bottom of the line Range over the ML anyday. Porsche Cayenne turbo will eat that ML and the 4.6 X5. stick with the cars cuz the SUV Porsche got it

'00 S430, '88 Euro 325iS
Just had an '03 ML350 for a loaner. Talk about WORK!! It's a 9-5 job trying to control that "car!" I was numb afterwards and took it back to the dealer. I pity the poor lost soul who shells out that kind of cash for such a horrible car.
On the orig. topic..
I could not appreciate the power difference of the 430 vs the 500. BTW, I test drove both. My uncle has a '01 500 and I can tell his launch power is substantial...but not THAT far over that I had to justify another 12-15,000. I know the S500 has the panache factor on it's side, though I love my S430.

the ml is .... A TRUCK. its not a car and does not pretend to be so stop talking about things you know nothing about. on that note, the x5 is problematic reliability wise to say the least. further the current 7 series is a nightmare reliabilitywise because of its faulty electronics. now get back on topic please.
