Need Help Please! Can not unlock doors with blade key either

The weather is getting cold lately and my car's battery is dead. I can open the trunk with blade key to jump start battery but can't unlock doors with key or blade key to open any door. I put in blade key in slot, it turns but can't open driver door either. If I hit panic botton alarm goes off. I have three master keys and tried them all but none of them work. When I first jump start the arlam goes off and this is never happen before when I jump started. In addition; before this problem occure, I had some strange signs, when I took off my key the radio still stay on and can't lock the car, I have to star the car again couple times and try to turn off the car and the radio is now will be turn off when I removed key.
Please help me if I can't open the door, the tow truck will not able to move the car because it's in a very tiny garage and no room for tow truck to back it in.

Definitely not a good idea to jump start the S Class. Too many electronic components to screw up. Since you have the trunk open why don't you take the battery out and try charging it or going out to purchase a new battery. A new battery or fully charged battery may help the other components to go back to normal. YOu also may have blown a fuse or two somewhere.

I replaced my battery yesterday (7 years on old battery). Once you replace the battery everything must be re-synced...i.e., widows, sun roof top, etc. I watched the MB Roadside guy do mine. You can also call mercedes roadside and they will come out and replace your battery for about $175. Well worth it.

Do not mess with the battery. It must be perfectly operational, otherwise you invite lots of trouble and many misleading malfunction messages.

You need a new battery and a good one (consider this time the dealership) and be prepared a little touble shooting around the fuses.

Syncronizations are detailed in the owner's manual.

Good luck

Roadside Assistance came out to jump-start my car without any problem and the door now unlock (When the temperature went up much higher vs in the morning)
I asked him how much for the battery he said $275 and didn't have with him if I like him to bring one for me. I told him some people got it for much less than that he stated that price is in the paper just for battery and I just need to pay for it with any form of payment. Later I called all dealers around my area they said around 280-300.
The second battery in my trunk died was OEM battery because I didn't drive much so it died premature on me.
Thanks for all your input.

Kharbat1,
I think you might be in the wrong forum. This is the W220 forum S-Class pre-2007. However, to answer your question the S-Class only has one battery located in the trunk.
