Hi. My smart key won't turn and the push button doesn't start either. Everything in car works. Even bought a new battery. Help

Could that be a bad Electronic Ignition Switch? I had the same issue with mine and just had it replaced. Did you try both of your keys? I tried getting some of the local indies to try it but the part and programming is propietary to MB and had to go to the dealer. Set me back $1400.
