Sideview Mirror Turn Indicator
It's not of great importance to me, nor do I know if this is already a beaten-to-death topic (I don't really follow the W220 forum too much), but why is it that almost every single S-Class and CL of the current generation that I see has only one LED out of the three working in the sideview mirror?
The only S's and CL's of this generation that I've ever seen working with all three are the brand new ones that come straight out of the dealer. But it doesn't appear to be fixed, because as the '03 model proliferate, they too are facing this from what I see.
Just curious as to why they haven't fixed this yet and if it's a common problem on the whole.

Thats where all of the LEDs are located- closest to the car, and the rest is just a piece of clear plastic where that light should reflect off of but during the day they usually don't depending on which way you look at it. At night the whole thing seems to light up.

So why only one on the S/CL? Cost cutting?
