On the parts catalog it looks like the unit would be "Deceleration Air Valve", and seems to be built onto the turbocharger. The Mercedes part number I come up with for your car is A2750960002. This doesn't look to be a bolt-on part, unless an upgrade cartridge is perhaps made by an aftermarket supplier. If you went aftermarket turbo, then you'd have to use almost any aftermarket (Tial, HKS....) BOV.
Also, a BOV venting to the atmosphere can't be great for these turbos and engine. On a $4k POS Subaru, maybe it okay. On these cars, a replacement turbo costs more than most cars with vented BOV. The deceleration air valve does serve a purpose, and will help the turbos and engine last longer.
