S600 - DAS Help, Constant Misfire on Cylinder 6
She was running fine and swapped out the plugs, during which Indy noticed leak from valve cover gaskets ,that was replaced as well. 50% of plugs had some oil around it, the burn area was clear. Some background on this is that, once every 600 to 700 miles, i will get a check engine and it will fix itself, 1, 3 & 7 misfire.
Now after plugs, head gasket and cleaner looking heads, i have a constant misfire on bank6, P300 and P306.
>>Idles rough. I have the DAS ( Star Diag ) working and need help to eliminate O2 Sensor, MAF or other sensors, before i blame the coil pack.
Need some help on what menu functions to go thru in DAS , other than running the QuickTest, also if there are expected values on certain sensors, i would like to
measure those and post as well.
2003 with 75K Miles.

hi,to check for misfire you can go into actual value and check smooth engine running,if coil 6 faulty swap over to another bank.
or you can go into acutations-t1 coil shutoff(something like that) and you can shut off leads a/b-max value= +5.
make sure that oxygen sensors are plugged into correct bank!
also go into adaptations,reset mixture adaptation.

thanks - yes i meant the rocker covers.., head gaskets will be a long job won't it.

When you say , swap over to other BANK, can you do this using the DAS ?
If so, what options will get me there from the menu.
