FIXED MY YELLOW HEADLAMPS FOR $1.19
So after watching a video on a major video hosting site (GUESS WHICH ONE) 
I bought a $1.19 cent tube of regular colgate toothpaste and in 15 minutes my headlamps were perfect. I applied the tooth paste to the headlamp and wiped in with a paper towel , rinse and repeated for about 5-10 minutes on both headlamps. The results are shown below. Anyone that has the time and some change in their pocket I recommend doing this. I posted some before and after pictures
