Steering wheel not rising

Steering wheel not rising
Hi,
Since a couple of days the steering wheel of my W220 S500 1999, stays low. It won't rise again.
Before this, the steering wheel was automatically rising when I switched off the contact and removed the key.
When I try to 'manually' rise or lower the steering wheel, with the switch besided the steering wheel, nothing happens.
Does anyone have any idea what causes this? a Fuse? Which one?
