Airmatic slowing leaking
The last time I was at the dealer I was told my rear Airmatic was leaking. My extended warranty company wouldn't cover an immediate repair because there is no warning on the dash. I've read plenty about this problem. I am just wondering if this will be a slow problem or will it suddenly go down and need repair? I'm not driving it this weekend on a 500 mile trip because I'm worried I'll get stranded.
I notice the new E class makes Airmatic an option. Maybe that's not a bad idea considering what all of us have gone through. What other luxury car has a major problem like this?
I am taking this in for Service A in a week or two. I can ask my service advisor a few more questions.
