ABC Pressure doesn't hold on Rodeo

Hi guys,

I think there is an issue with my ABC. Just like in this video here:

You can see that when doing the rodeo the pressure falls down continiously until it reaches around 65bars and the car is barely moving at all. As stated in the video description: "The pressure should have stayed at about 175 bars during the complete test. As seen in the video, it didn't last very long before it started going down and the vehicle slowed down as well. After doing a complete flush of the system, everything went back to normal."
"after doing a complete flush of the system" - How do I do this complete flush of the system? Is my pump going bad? I did all of the controlled tests on Star Diagnosis and everything seems fine. There is also a test ran at about 3000rpm(called Dynamic Test) where the pressure difference should be greater then 2bar, I get a pressure difference of 13 which is good.

A couple of months ago when doing the rodeo the pressure was stable at about 170 bars and the car was moving all the way up, all the way down. Now just like in the video, the car is moving all the way just for the first couple of seconds and then when the pressure drops it barely moves - just an inch or so.

Thanks in advance,
Best Regards,
Svetlio

solution

Hi all,

It seems that nobody could solve this issue. I solved it with the help of a romanian friend. The problem was that the car was sagging at the rear right tire after about 4-5 hours or a day. At first tought, when doing the rodeo all valves are working and the sagging meant that the controling and shutoff valve on the rear right strut were dirty. So when the car tried to rodeo, after lifting the rear right strut, the shutoff valve wasn't able to hold the pressure for the next round. These were only toughts. Thats why I took out the rear valve and cleaned it like in this video:

They are cleaning the front valve body, but its the same in the back.

Now doing the rodeo it holds the pressure very good and the car isn't sagging anymore. This avoids also damage to the ABC Tandem pump.

Best Regrads,
Svetlio
