problems with DCM from tint?
So i have a 02 s430 i want to tint badly but i have been hearing tons of rumors from people who have had their's tinted and had problems with the DCM afterwards because to much water was used in the process of tinting the windows. Has anyone else had any experience in this area? Again i really want to tint the windows but not if its gonna risk hurting my car. Any advice or expertise would be appreciated.

Water can indeed give you problems with the DCM. The trick is for the installer to keep the water from getting into it - that is, soak up the water when squeeqeing it out from between the glass and the film, and don't just let it drip into the door.
