ac help, 2000 s430. cabin fan not working.

ac help, 2000 s430. cabin fan not working.
i replace cabin fan in 2000 s430 along with a new regulator. and not working at all, compressor is working, i put gauge on it its full. checked all the fuses all good, check diag on controls no codes, please help, put multi meter on fan motor wiring it has power 12volts to it. i replaced requlator with another and still no air, im in ga and its 99 today. yes i have checked every thread on this and at benzworld.org.
