Hi, My Late 2003 w220 is frozen on the same map screen.
If I create a new route, it says look at screen for directions, but does not calculate the route, it just stays on same screen.

I have reset the Command, now it is stuck on a German map.

Any ideas please?
Disc is in boot.

Sounds like it wants to go back to the fatherland. Have you tried ejecting the disc and re-inserting it.

 

Yes, from reading in other places, seems like an antenna problem which appears to be a common fault.
