My 2005 S430 has poor lighting on low beams. I think they need to be raised by the adjustment. The uncovered screw, which I think is the high beam, has a nut with a phillips in the center. The covered screw has no phillips in the center. Turning the nut does not move the light. Does the missing phillips mean this adjustment is broken? Thanks in advance for any help!
