How long will she stand before the battery dies ?

Guys,
About a week ago I became the proud owner of my very first Mercedes.
Ive been into XJ jags for many years and thus went for an S class Merc to retain that lovely magic carpet ride.
The S class is certainly is up to the task.
Anyway I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long a decent 100ah battery will last on a car thats not used very often ie 1week 2 weeks or even months.
And are there any intelligent type chargers you can recommend to prevent that flat battery scenario.
I only ask because I am currently sorting a battery drain problem which appears to be down to the Alarm horn under the front wing, or as you say over the pond fender.
Many thanks for any advice, drive safe.

Many thanks Quadcammer,
I have just ordered one up.
Are they safe to use with the battery in situ and connecterd to the vehicle ?
I'm assuming they are similar to an optimate that I always leave connected on my Harley.
Also as said in my first post, how long can you expect a car like the S class to stand before battery drain becomes an issue.
For example if you left your car in an airport car park for 3-4 weeks. Should she still have enough cranking juice there when you get back ?
Many thanks for any replies.

the 3300 can be hooked up in situ, no problem. I connect mine every couple of days since i only drive about 1.5 miles a day.

As for drain, if your canbus goes to sleep ok and you have no unusual drains, I would say 3 weeks would be ok. More than that, you start to risk a dead battery. From memory, the car won't even send power to the starter if battery voltage is below 10v.

Mercedes
With a fresh strong battery , and assuming the computers aRe shutting down properly , it should go a month or more

With an older battery , just a few weeks

If the computers are not powering off fully , just a day or two

Agree using a ctek for extended storage
