W220 Official Picture thread!!!
#1601
Hi!
i owned a mercedez benz w220 s320 model. i have replaced the solenoid valve and compressor (brand new) almost 8 months ago. since last days i have noticed the car is sagging from the rear overnight and sometimes it is not sagging at all. I am sure there is a a problem with the airmatic component. But the question is if the leak is developed in the rear shock due to which the car is sagging then why the car is not sagging at all when i park the car on vehicle raise mode.
its making me very confused now which component to replace, wheather i needs to replace the valve block once again or both the rear struts.
Car is not sagging at all at vehicle rise mode.
Please help out!!!

Nice ride! What's your suspension set up?
I must admit, that's the look I'm going for but I just got my airmatic fixed. What's your setup?

Here's what i've been up to lately After resolving some issues, I decided to keep the modifications simple. Still deciding to go for lowering links or keep it the way it is for now.

LOVE my W220 but...
Ever since I 1st saw this S class MBZ, it's been one of my "gotta own it" dream car. Although it's taken me OVER 17yrs to get my life back... I finally have it! After 3 months, and I'm assuming it's due to age, this daily driver is rapidly becoming a Financial Mistake. BUT, thank goodness I'm not a newbie to auto enthusiasts forums, I'm in DIY'r need to rapidly fix aging ailments. So regardless of my initial deep pocket fixes causing my financial mistake, it's temporary and I will not ditch this $430... I love it more than my Ex and that ***** ain't getting any more of my money! I got a new pit to make better before I get rid of her!!!
AND on that note: here's my new baby, Haven't done much but shoes and getting her low... Definitely more to come...
BTW, thanks in advance for everyone who contributes and shares their knowledge to help us die hard DIY'rs.
Thanks for looking!
Any and all comments or suggestions welcomed!

Just picked up another w220. Its a 2001 S600 with cl-class front end conversion and Lorinser body kit. Its also got strutmasters conversion. And lastly its got 55k miles. Its very clean albeit some paint blemishes and the usual rust on bottom of doors. Lorinser body kits aren't my favorite but for the price I got it for and the condition, couldn't resist.

Obviously this won't be everyone's cup of tea, but here's my friends 01 S600
He ended up popping a hydraulic line for the ABC system, so it's now sitting on a custom set of coilovers
