Help picking 19" wheels

I am picking up some wheels during x'mas, they are going to replace the stock 16. I heard 20 is a bad idea, would 19" will be moresuitable and what size of tires would I need?

Target Wheel spec: 8.5x19 ET32, 9.5x19 ET35
Target Tires: Falken FK453 (235/35 19, 255/35 19)
Target Wheels: replica wheels (see attached, which style would you like more?)

None of those will look that good on a s class sedan. But if I had to pick , I'd pick the split 5 spoke on the top right .

S class sedans look best with a full face wheel , or one with multi spokes, wide spokes, or split 5 spokes - not a thin 5spoke rim, which is more suited for a sports car

Take a look at the picture thread at the top of the forum , lots of nice split 5 spoke designs

yeah, stay with 19's. Ive had 20s twice and it was horrible both times. 19's keep the ride comfort of a benz and with enough meat to never worry about damaging the wheels. these cars are heavy. I also agree with the above comment about the style of wheels to put on the car. Normally I like full face wheels, but if I had to choose I would def choose the top right also. here are pics of my current and 2nd s class with 19's
