I have a teenager who will hit the road soon. I've been warned to expect as much as $4500 a year for the inexperienced driver.
I may actually buy him his own cheapy car and register it in his name, rather than list him as a driver on my S and ML.

 

paid approx. 600-700$ month for insurance when i had s430, now i got CVPI, costs much less around 300$ with minimums and no comp or coll.

 

I was just quoted around 2400 for six months.
