Rattling Catalytic Converter
Reconfirm with my mechanic that my cat needs to be replaced and might be the main reason it caused the engine light (misfire), he is asking $900 + labour.

What is the cheapest solution to get it fixed? Ebay has those magnaflow universal cat, will they fit? what's the size or shape should I buy?

What year is your car? I think the CATS have an 80,000 mile 10 year warranty.

2000 s320, my car only has 78,000km
Another mechanic checked all exhaust mounts and hangers, found nothing.
