Comand problem need help
Hi guys. Got an issue with my 2000 s500. The map always showed up on the Nav screen but I pushed eject by accident and now it says my location but only shows an hourglass. No cd came out either and it says no cd is inserted. Does this unit need a cd all the time to function? It has worked all the time up until I messed with the zoom function.

I'm not totally positive but I believe that it does need to have a CD inserted all the time in order to function. Otherwise, there is nothing for the system to search. Try ejecting the CD again and reinserting it.
