What should I do to my S430?

As some of you know, I have purchased a 2006 S430 with 22K miles for use as my DD and will be taking delivery this Friday. I just wanted to know what non-stock options should I add to the car/ what should I do to the car? Bluetooth? Stereo? Etc.. Is it possible to update the navigation? I attached a pic of my navigation with the newer style nav.. is it possible to make the conversion?

Keep a hella brand airmatic relay and a spare crank position sensor in the glovebox . Both are essential if you get stuck somewhere and are common failure items

Otherwise leave it stock. You can add bluetooth depending what kind of cradle you have in the center console , if you have a Motorola v60 cradle I have a bluetooth puck for it , the Nokia cradle requires a different puck

Search eBay for w220 crank position sensor they are like $20

Here's how to change it if you ever get stuck, the most common symptom is engine dies and won't restart when hot, but will restart if the car cools off

Nav update: As far as I know, the latest update available for the '06 W220 is Nov 2011. DVD Version 10. The Mercedes part number is A211 827 35 65. Bit pricey at $249 but it SHOULD, if dealer purchased and installed, come with any firmware updates that may be needed as part of the install process.
