9th Circuit Court says that they can't wiretap our systems because it disable's its functions. FBI says otherwise.
My cynical side tells me that a simple new law could require all "vehicle emergency service" providers to design and implement a system that would allow the FBI or any gov't agency to eavesdrop on your conversations without disabling the emergency functions.
What do you think?
