What's it worth?
I have an '00 S500 sport that I am going to be selling soon.
52K miles so it's just out of warranty
Silver/grey interior.
Will need tires soon, a couple of curb marks on the AMG wheels. A couple very minor blemishes. Nothing out of the ordinary for a car with the miles. Actually a very clean and nice car, inside and out. Always professionally washed and detailed. Dealer serviced of course. I have been trying to do some research to price it but they are all over the map from 39,000 to nearly 60,000! Lots of 'em for sale in SoCal. I want this to move but obviously don't want to give it away. If I wanted to do that I could have traded it in
I don't have any warranty to offer a prospective buyer, and I do not believe one is available. Does 48,995 sound like a reasonable starting point? Too high? Am I leaving money on the table? Thanks for any input.
