Tire size?

the tires on my car right now are too small 225/40/18 and the place that im getting the tires from has two 245/45/18 which is the right size for the car. so what i wanted to do is install the 2 tires for now untill the other two come in.
my question was if the different in height will throw any codes or cause any sensors go off.
the amg 18 wheels that i have are not a staggered set.
??? should i go wider on the rear ????

I wouldn't. I much prefer to be able to rotate the tires for much longer life. Stylin' is less importance than function to me...
