Carfax report explanation on this 3 series please?
"Dealer took title of this vehicle while it was in inventory." this is the 2nd to last entry on the carfax report. The last entry is "Vehicle offered for sale"
Why would a dealer do this? Is this a red flag? FYI, this is a two owner car (2006 model year) and the 2nd owner owned it for only 41 days.
Seems odd to me but I really like the color combo and options on this one, and it's priced fairly. Am I worrying about nothing?

I am also planning to buy a fidelity platinum plan warranty for it. i just want to make sure it wasn't hit at some point, and the rest would be covered in the future by fidelity for 3yrs.
