S500 updated center (suspension) controls?
Hello everyone! I am about to purchase a 2000 S500 with the designo caramel interior and java metallic paint color. It needs some TLC but looks FANTASTIC, I was drooling all over it!
Anyway, I have to replace the front wood trim, and since I already have to do that--- I want to get the updated buttons (hazard light switch, suspension controls, etc) and I was wondering if that would even work? The buttons don't seem to be in the same location as the old ones.
If they are compatible, is it plug & play?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like a great find, the color combination is fantastic. Unfortunately it is pre face lift and as such bereft of a number of pleasant changes in the face-lift model.
