I have 2000 S430 and one of the front line cracked at connector goining to air strut. How do I fix it ?

I have since bought this. I recommend everyone have some kind of repair kit in their trunk with these cars as the airmatic lines get brittle with age and crack easily. Don't get starnded on the side of the road like I did:
