Leather hinting at cracking
So the driver's seat on the S500 (Designo baby-diarrhea color) is starting to show signs of cracking. It's gotten kind of hard and crunchy (crunchy?).
I want to keep this from happening; What course of action should I follow?
Simple leather polish? Do I need something more intense?

With interior leather, the best offense is great defense. I'm **** about finding shade for the interior. Wife doesn't get it. But I'll park at the end the lot or a 1/4-mile away just to keep the sun off the leather. That said, I condition my leather every 6 months, rubbing the conditioner into the leather, then buff. Once it starts to crack, there's not a lot you can do to fix it. Thus, prevention is the key. Oh, and watch the rivets and such in your jeans/pants. You'd be surprised how they can scratch the leather.

Jeff
