I need help with brake light.... STORY
Hello guys! Heres the story:
My s430 recently had an issue with the suspension, the leveling sensor somehow "disappeared" from the car causing it to be raised from the back making an angle that made the luxurious car look like a dragster... quite funny to look at.
Desperately before sorting out what the issue with the suspension I did a quick search on what could've cause the car to be raised from the back so much, reading in a post run at 50mph+ so that the computer could "reset" the suspension level sensors (sound very irrational but people actually stated that it cured their patient......) So I tried this and the end result was just a sum of more problems to figure out.......
but during the process since the car was raised so much every single abnormality in the road felt as if the car was a horse or as there was no shock absorbing components taking the impacts this rough driving caused the car to pop up the "Brake light" imparting vehicle usage as the transmission locks making the car stuck to park.
Currently the suspension works beautifully as you'd expect from an S-Class ( Using a hammer to use the suspension from P to D......
)
I've tried to remove the brake light from the dash(but no luck)...:
New computer, New brake switch, checked the brake fluid (it was okay), moving steering wheel from lock to lock, disconnected battery...
What I would appreciate is INPUT on possible culprits perhaps a loose ground? I really don't know....... My recent yet to be tested theory is a speed sensor ( using iCarsoft computer detected fault readings at the rear right wheel speed sensor) But would really like more accurate thinking on approaching to this rather than buying every single part associated with it....
Thanks!

Did you fix the missing rear height sensor lever ?
The shifter stuck in park is a common problem and is not related to the other things
There are numerous threads on how to remove the broken plastic piece in the shifter
