Understand that an CEL is nothing but an light in your dash.
There's no hazzard to the world, when an CEL flicker's in any of our car's.
An CEL is just a way that your car trie's to comunicate with you.
So to understand it's language, you need a tool for it, that translate's you what's the cause of your current issue.
Best bet for you would be to get yourself an code and diagnostic reader device, got me?

That way you can point out the trouble maker much easier and safe a truck load of money, instead of having to pay to greedy stealer ship's or back yard mechanic's for ONLY erasing your CEL.
These day's, you can connect & check stuff over your phone and erase finally such code's.
So again, don't freak out, ok?
For my understanding, it could be maybe an sensor that got triggered by your wrong tire size and it threw off that way, your odometer causing the flickering CEL light in your dash

See? No armageddon in sight

PO500 and PO720 are both speed sensor codes. It looks like you have two different diameter tires on the same axle. The 245-45-R19 does not match the opposite tires rolling diameter. Even if you are able to clear the codes via code reader, the codes will most likely return until you get the diameters equal side to side.

Good luck,

Bob

Mercedes
If you had a flat on the back you need to put the same size tire as your other good rear tire

They both need to be the same , don't just put what some guy tells you as your rear tire sizes might be different . They need to match
