S 430 Power steering fail

2003 S 500 4 MATIC , 2001 S 430 , 2003 ML 500
S 430 Power steering fail
ever since i put 18 amg wheels on my car it goes no where in the snow
today i got stuck in a parking lot and when i tried to pull out the power steering just gave out the belt seems to be fine but i notice a light whining sound from the belt erea added some power steering fluid and nothing any more suggestions before replaceing pump ?
