Left(driver) side lower than passager side

Left(driver) side lower than passager side
Hi guys, i saw a problem with my newly bought W220.
When car is stopped , driver(left as you stay in the car) is lower than passanger side. When i start the car, i can hear the compressor, it rise up the car on both sides, driver side also is upper than stationary, but still lower than passanger side.
When i turn the wheel more, it scratches body plastics.
Can be a leveling sensor problem or what should i expect ?

I have wondered how much overlap there is among the Forums. I know that I see the same names answering posts over and over on both - but we addicts are certainly a very small percentage of the total membership.
It is possible to do a poll on the Forums - perhaps someone could do a poll on both to see how many frequent these two, plus Pelican and any others...
