On the power rear seats....
what are those arrow buttons for on the passenger side seat, I just noticed that the drivers side rear seat doesnt have them. My only idea is that it moves the front passenger seat forward and backward to make more legroom.

You have answered your own question. It is so the person in the back seat can control the front passneger seat if that person needs to do so!
