Charging issue

My battery is not charging in my 2002 S500. I have changed the alternator and the battery has been tested and is good. The car will run for 15 to 30 minutes on the battery but vehicle will begin shutting down. Help

You likely have a bad fuse located in terminal block X4/10. It is located in the passenger footwell of a LHD car (picture). The "diagnostics" you will need is a simple multimeter, test light, or other means for detecting 12VDC or measuring electrical continuity.
