I was tracing down a problem with my power trunk opener. I fixed it, but now the RF remote will not unlock the doors. It will if I use the IR on the door handle. RF for trunk or panic will also not work. This is acting like the rf antenna is unpluged or I tripped a fuse. Any ideas where to check or a re sync method?

 

I did a battery reset and tried remote. It still did not respond to RF.

I then started the car and then did the steering wheel and windows reset. I also used the dash buttons to lock and unlock doors. Then I also hit the tow button a few times. Car now responds to remote.
